ADAP extends financial assistance to poor parishes in remote parts of the country, initially to help them cover living and administrative expenses and build church structures. Over time, the assistance has been utilized for formation of lay leaders, development of Basic Ecclesial Communities (BEC’s), and catechetical programs.
